We make every effort to ship orders the same day when received by 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday - Friday. Orders received after 12:00 p.m. Monday - Friday are usually processed and shipped the following business day. This applies to orders that are complete and free of credit problems or backorder items. EZ Auto Reordering orders to the Contiguous U.S. always ship via ground service.
Please allow up to seven business days for order delivery.
Restrictions: In residential or outlying areas, orders may be delivered as late as 8 p.m.
Brother Refresh EZ Auto Reordering offers FREE ground shipping within the Contiguous U.S. only for orders over $19.99.
Shipments to P.O. Boxes are shipped via U.S. Postal Service only.
Shipments to areas outside the Contiguous U.S. are automatically shipped via air service and incur a shipping fee regardless of the value of the order.
Note: Brother Refresh EZ Auto Reordering service does not currently accept new enrollments outside the Contiguous U.S. but shipments to these areas will be made for existing customers as per the Terms & Conditions set forth here and subject to change without notice.

States may be added or removed from the foregoing list as Brother's corporate presence or the tax laws change.

Non-profit organizations or individuals/persons eligible for tax exemption will be required to provide us with a valid tax exempt certificate (other than a resale certificate) prior to setting up your account.
